CUET PG will replace the CUCET exam from 2022 onwards. Earlier the CUCET was conducted for the admission to PG courses offered by central universities. But from 2022 other private, state, or deemed to be universities can also participate in the exam. This becomes the reason for changing its name from Central University Common Admission Test (CUCET) to Common University Entrance Test (CUET) because now universities other than central universities are also a part of the Examination.
CUET PG registration window remains open till the 18 June 2022 and this year 42 central universities become the part of the examination. The exam will be conducted in English and Hindi apart from the language tests. It will have the MCQ-based questions in the exam and this time the exam mode is online.
